This list includes lifters’ best sinclair scores from L3 and higher local and international competitions from June 2023 to December 2024. It also includes the qualifying standards for Africa Championships and how far above or below the qualifying total each lifter is.

Lifters who are not eligible for selection due to, for example, citizenship, are still included in the list but they have a * by their category ranking and the next lifter in the category has been given the same ranking as them. They also do not have an official sinclair ranking because they will not be considered by the selectors.

If you believe a mistake has been made with your total/ranking, you have until the 10th January at 12pm SAST to let us know so that we can investigate and correct the mistake if necessary. Please email technical@saweightlifting.co.za
