The South African Weightlifting Federation, in conjunction with the Western Cape Weightlifting Association, hosted our National Championship in Stellenbosch from the 15th to the 17th June 2024.

The Celebration of 30 years of freedom was the theme as we celebrated Youth Day doing what we love best, showcasing the best of weightlifting.
