The top 10 Male and 10 Female Lifters and 2 reserves who have made the standard (African/Commonwealth Championships) will be selected, per age Category.

Athlete must be on Adams and whereabouts updated.

Relevant Courses must also be completed.

Athletes must be able to afford the trip without support from the Federation at this stage.

The top 10 Male and 10 Female Lifters and 2 reserves per category will be selected.

Only those on the Preliminary List can be selected and maximum 2 per category

Final Team selection includes flights and accommodation Bookings

Coaches of the athlete will be eligible to take their athlete to the competition, but at their own cost or the cost of the Athlete (Safeguarding policies will be enforced).
